Important changes to the Kasamba Affiliate Program
We have exciting and important news to share with everyone about the Kasamba’s Affiliate Program.
As many of you may know, Kasamba, Inc. was acquired by LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN) back in October 2007. To maximize the full benefits of the merger, liveperson.com will be re-branded and integrated with LivePerson in the coming weeks. This integration, which will occur in mid-April, will affect—and ultimately improve—our Affiliate Program.
To prepare for the transition to our new domain, www.liveperson.com, we are re-designing affiliate banners and landing pages to reflect the LivePerson logo and brand. The links and landing pages of all banners, text links, SmartLinks, etc., will also have new destination URLs.
So, how does this affect you?
For our MyAp Affiliates
Linking options
- Old links (the ones you’re currently using that are directed to liveperson.com) will work until April 30th. These links will NOT track after April 30th so please update all links before this expiration date. The new links will be available within the MyAP Interface after the changeover to liveperson.com in mid-April.
- You can access the MyAp Affiliate Interface here with your Affiliate ID and clicking “Get Links.”
Other concerns?
- Although we do not expect any problems or issues to arise, there may be delays at the actual time the infrastructure to the site is being changed. As a precaution, we would like to make you aware of the situation.
- The Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions will not change.
For our CJ Affiliates
Linking options
- You will need to switch to the new LivePerson campaign. An email will be sent out through CJ in order to notify you of the new account around mid-April.
- Old links (the ones you’re currently using that are directed to liveperson.com) will work until April 30th so please switch to the new campaign and update the links before this expiration date. All of the new links will be available within the LivePerson campaign in the CJ Interface.
Other concerns?
- Although we do not expect any problems or issues to arise, there may be delays at the actual time the infrastructure to the site is being changed. As a precaution, we would like to make you aware of the situation.
- The Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions will not change.
