What is a New Paying Client?

Any newly registered client that has a paying session on the site. This is also referred to as a Sale.

What qualifies a sale?

As per the Affiliate Agreement, LivePerson will pay you a one-time referral fee in the amount of $50 for each New Paying Customer in the fields of Spirituality, Professional Counseling, Coaching & Personal Development, Computers, and Tutoring who initially enter the LivePerson Site directly from advertisements your Web Site, SEM marketing or from email newsletters campaign.

If you generate more than 10 New Paying Customers in any month in the above fields, LivePerson will pay you, for each New Paying Customer, a one-time referral fee in the amount of $75 (that is, the $50 plus an additional $25.)

If you are a high-volume affiliate and generate more than 100 New Paying Customers in any month in the above fields, LivePerson will pay you, for each New Paying Customer, a one-time referral fee in the amount of $100 (that is, the $50 plus an additional $50.)

Basically it breaks down like this:
10 Sales = $500 (10 x $50 p/ sale)
12 Sales = $900 (12 x $75 p/ sale)
108 Sales = $10,800 (108 x $100 p/ sale)

For all other categories, the same rules apply but the commissions pay out like this:
1-100 - $25 p/ sale
101+ - $40 p/ sale

Questions about length of sessions:
Some of your offers are for 3 free minutes or free until you are ready. Do I receive commission for these?
Will I get a commission for any paid conversation longer than three minutes?
How long does a session have to last to receive commissions?
Is there a minimum time or deposit in order to be credited?

How long does it take to approve sales?

Sales are approved daily and should be posted to your account within 24 hours. However, we do check all sales to prevent fraud, as a result, there may be a delay in reporting some sales.

How do you pay commissions?
In MyAp you can choose to be payed by check or through PayPal. If you are signed up using CJ, you will be paid by CJ.

When do I get paid?
Affiliates are paid at the beginning of every month. You will receive paypal payment quicker than checks, so we recommend that you use paypal.
