It has been awhile since we have posted to the blog. I wanted to reach out and let everyone know that payments are getting processed as we speak and paypal payments will be in your account by December 7th and checks will be sent out shortly after.

I also wanted to introduce myself again! My name is Jenn Nichols and I am the new Affiliate Marketing Manager for LivePerson. We are currently having issues with the back end (MyAp) of our affiliate program and a few accounts have mistakenly been deleted. If you are unable to log-in please allow us 24 hours to correct the issue with MyAp.

You can be assured that our internal tracking is still running and your sales will be approved and your links are still working. If you would like further confirmation please don’t hesitate to email us at affiliates@liveperson.com

Hopefully we will have this problem fixed soon.

If you are setup to receive payments through PayPal you should have receieved them by now. Payments sent by check should arrive in the next 5-10 business days.
