Affiliate Tax Forms
Like any other US entity, LivePerson is required by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to collect taxpayer information from each person receiving funds from LivePerson.
When you complete your first sale as a LivePerson affiliate you will be sent information on filling out a tax form (also located here). Please send this in before the end of the month so we can process your full commission.
If we do not have a tax form on file, we are required, by law, to withhold 28 - 30% (depending if you are a resident of the US) for the IRS.

Editing the New Linking Options API
The Expert Grid, Search Box, Public Board Box and Text Link Generator are all great tools for driving traffic to LivePerson.
The best thing about the tools is the wizard which steps you through customizing and setting up each one for your site. By downloading the API Guide you can further adjust some of the settings to better suit your needs:

Old MyAp links will continue to redirect until the end of May ‘08
We have extended the timeframe in which old MyAp links that point to liveperson.com will redirect until May 31st, 2008.
However we suggest that you update your links ASAP so that they point directly to liveperson.com.
You can update your links by logging into the affiliate interface.
Also you can visit the wizard and update your links and add your tracking code at the end of the process as kbid=Your affiliate ID.
